Thomas G. Hughes, Mark's first employer and mentor, practiced law from 1959 to 2005. He was City Solicitor for the City of Newark for 20 years. He is retired from the practice of law. Tom was formerly Chairman of the Family Law Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association.
